Another great week of training is complete and I am happy to report that my legs bounced back nicely after feeling a little fatigued last week.

This run felt harder than it should have. My heart rate was also higher than normal, I expected it to be about 145 or so. I've been doing all my running really early in the morning when the temperature is about 40-45. For this run, I started at 10am and the temperature was 60, so that may have made the difference.
